We print custom vinyl banners, rigid signs, decals, magnetic signs, accessories, and more — all sizes and quantities.

• How do I place an order?
Select your product type, choose size and finishing options, upload your artwork, and place your order online.

• Can you help me with artwork or design?
We do not currently offer design services, however we may be able to assist with basic text-only designs.

• What file types should I submit?
For best results, use high-resolution files such as .JPG, .PDF, .AI (outlined), .EPS, or similar formats.

• What resolution should my image be?
Artwork should be clear (no pixelation) at a minimum of 72 DPI when viewed at 100% scale.

• My photo is from my phone. Will it work?
Usually yes. Send it over and we’ll check quality for free.

• How do I calculate square footage required?

• What sizes do you offer?
We can print banners up to 10’ x 50’ without a seam. Rigid signs are limited to 2’ x 3’ due to shipping limitations. Decal material is 52” wide. Magnetic material is 24” wide.

• What are your banners made from?
Heavy duty outdoor 13oz. or 18oz. vinyl, printed with UV fade resistant inks.

• Are they weatherproof?
Yes. Rain, sun, wind, and fence life approved.

• Do banners come with grommets?
Yes, grommets are included (spaced every 2-3 feet) for easy hanging. Welded (reinforced) edges are also included.

• How long will my banner last outdoors?
Typically 2 to 4+ years depending on sun/extreme weather exposure.

• What shipping methods are available?

We offer FedEx Next Day Air shipping on all of our products. Once artwork is provided/approved, your order ships the following business day. Same day shipping is available for an additional fee. Carrier delays are beyond our control.

• Do you offer local pickup service?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup service.

• How do I hang my banner?

Bungee cords are recommended for banners that will experience significant wind load. Zip ties may be used on fences, utilizing all of the provided grommets.

• Can I reuse my banner?

Yes. Vinyl banners can be rolled (not folded) and stored in a dry place for future use.

• How should I store it?
Roll gently with the printed side inward.

• What if there’s an issue with my banner?
Any defects or printing errors must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Photos and order details help us resolve claims quickly.

• Can I make changes after ordering?
If production hasn’t started, changes can often be made. Contact us right away to request edits.

• Are refunds available?
Custom printed products are typically non-refundable, but we’ll always work with you to make it right.

What’s the best resolution for my artwork?
Upload images at 72 DPI at 100% scale for crisp printing results.

How do colors look on a banner?
We print using full-color CMYK. Monitors/displays use RGB. Exact on-screen matches may vary slightly once printed.
